Happy New Year! Welcome back to Security Bytes. Who received a new internet connected device this holiday season? While you most likely have already connected it to the internet, it is never to late to make sure it is properly secured. CISA (Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency recently posted some great tips in securing these new devices.
CISA offers great advice, like using multi-factor authentication, updating your software of all new devices (often times new devices have updates even before the release date of the device), and the use of strong passwords!
